Frequently asked questions
Is buying a shared title deed risky?+−
The risk is manageable but requires care. On a shared-title parcel, other co-owners have a right of first refusal that can extend the sale process. On our shared-title listings, we clearly state the number of co-owners and their status on the listing page.
Can I build a house on farmland?+−
As a rule, no. Building on agricultural land requires the parcel to exceed a certain size and requires an agricultural-use building permit. If you want to build a home, zoned land is the right search; we check together which parcel carries which rights.
Do you sell to foreign nationals?+−
Yes. We manage the entire process, including the military restricted-zone check, a licensed appraisal report, and a title office appointment with an interpreter.
What is your commission rate?+−
Commission is charged separately to buyer and seller at the legal rate. The rate and all costs are shared in writing at the first meeting — no surprise items later.
Can I get information without seeing the parcel?+−
Of course. We send drone footage, a boundary sketch and the zoning document over WhatsApp. For remote buyers, we also do live-video parcel visits.
